With almost 25 years of customer experience, and consumer and customer insights experience, Sandy is a Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP), Project Management Professional (PMP), and is a Customer Experience Strategist within Microsoft’s Customer Experience & Strategy organization. ��In her role, she is focused on strategy, development of new ways to solve customer challenges, measurement activities, and identification of actions which improve/transform the experience for our end customers through digital & AI approaches. ��Furthermore, Sandy is a writer and freelances in the CX and tech-related space for TechTarget.

Sandy holds CX, UX, and Design Thinking certifications from Forrester, General Assembly, and the University of Cincinnati; along with being RIVA trained qualitative researcher (Fundamentals of Moderating, RIVA 241: Qualitative Analysis and Reporting, RIVA 242: Qualitative Toolbox), as well as in Workshop Facilitator).

Historically, Sandy has helped organizations and clients across a variety of industries to develop customer & employee experience strategies, measurement programming, actioning of insights, and facilitate workshops focused on: journey mapping and employee engagement, to enable organizations to move the needle with customer/ consumer/ employee experience adoption, as well as human experience and digital/user experience for higher loyalty and satisfaction.

In her free-time, Sandy can be found locally trying power walking a local trail, trying a new restaurant or recipes, spending time with her Fur-child, Bella, or traveling with her scuba gear or skis in tow.

Delta Air Lines

I began my engineering career with Delta Air Lines in January 2017 as a Co-Op Engineer in Liaison Engineering supporting 24/7 airline operations. I graduated from Georgia Tech in December 2018 with a bachelor’s in mechanical engineering and returned to work in Liaison Engineering until 2020. I transitioned to a role within our engine maintenance facility as a Repair Process Engineer for engine piece parts. In 2021, I moved to Delta’s Fleet Engineering team where I have continued to work as a Structural Project Engineer. Across all of my positions within Delta, I am most proud of my involvement with our co-op program as a participant, mentor, and hiring representative. I also returned to school in 2023, graduating this past Summer with a master’s in engineering management with a focus on quality management from Kennesaw State University.

Macy's, Inc.��

Murali Murugan is a recognized leader in mobile engineering and product strategy, with over 14 years of experience. Currently, he leads the mobile team at Macy’s Inc. as the Director, Software Engineering - Mobile. In this role, he is responsible for mobile application development to support both Macy's and Bloomingdale’s and serves as a champion of a mobile-first approach to enhance customer experiences.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Murali is a Fellow member of the British Computer Society (BCS) and the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET), a Senior Member of IEEE, and a member of the Forbes Technology Council. These roles enable him to contribute to the broader tech community, fostering a collaborative environment for innovation and mentorship. Through his advisory position in the Digital Marketing Program at the University of San Francisco, he guides emerging leaders in tech, sharing insights and helping shape the curriculum to align with industry trends.

St. Jude Children's Research Hospital / ALSAC

Beth has been with ALSAC/St. Jude since 2008, serving as the Regional Director of the Memphis office, Director of Event Sponsorships and Cause Marketing. ��Currently, Beth serves as Principal Advisor – Partnership Development and Stewardship for ALSAC, the fundraising and awareness arm of St. Jude Children’s Research Children’s Hospital. In her current role, Beth sets strategy and serves as the relationship manager for national groups and organizations who partner with St. Jude. Her greatest joy comes from building relationships with the amazing donors and sharing the powerful St. Jude story and mission. ��

U.S. Army ROTC

LTC Matthew Green currently serves as the Chief of Marketing and Recruiting for US Army Cadet Command. ��He was commissioned into the Army as an Aviation Officer in 2006 after graduating from the United States Military Academy with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry. ��As an AH-64 Apache Helicopter aviator, LTC Green served as a platoon leader, company commander, future operations planner, battalion executive officer, and brigade operations officer. ��During his final aviation tour, he was afforded the opportunity to serve as an instructor pilot in the AH-64D/E.​

LTC Green started his Army career in Illesheim, Germany, as a platoon leader in 2-159th Attack/Reconnaissance Battalion (ARB). ��While assigned to this unit he enjoyed traveling with his family throughout Europe and experienced his first combat deployment in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. ��His second assignment took him to the prestigious 1-101st ARB in Fort Campbell, KY, from which he deployed to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. ��After subsequently graduating with honors form Vanderbilt’s Master’s of Business Administration program, LTC Green attended the Command and General Staff College. ��From there he returned to the aviation schoolhouse to serve as a Battalion Executive Officer, Brigade Operations Officer, and instructor pilot.​

In 2020, LTC Green made the decision to change career fields and start a career in the newly formed Army Enterprise Marketing and Behavioral Economics branch. ��During his time pursuing his MBA at Vanderbilt, he developed an interest in consumer behavior and development of human capital and felt this change in career was an opportunity to pursue a new area of interest while continuing to serve. Selected in the first cohort of officers, LTC Green spent his first assignment conducting market analysis/research while teaching Principles of Economics and Behavioral Economics at USMA.​

LTC Green lives with Audra, his wife of 18 years, and their three children, Alea, Levi, and Elijah, in Fort Knox, Kentucky.
