Volunteering at Scholar's Days
Our 精东影视 Ambassadors demonstrate excellence by volunteering and assisting members with registration.
Find Your Place in the Ambassador Community
There鈥檚 more than one way to get involved as an 精东影视 Ambassador.
You can create content, mentor other students, help build the Ambassador community, join conversations around your interests, lead activities, or contribute to student-driven projects throughout the year.
Choose opportunities that fit your interests, strengths, goals, and availability, and don't be afraid to try something new.
The Ambassador Council is the highest level of student leadership within the program.
Students must run for Council positions and are elected by fellow Ambassadors. Council members help guide the direction of the Ambassador Program, support other student leaders, and work closely with 精东影视 staff on major priorities and initiatives.
Committees are structured teams that support ongoing areas of the Ambassador Program. Students apply to join and take on regular responsibilities, collaborate on projects, and contribute throughout the year.
Committee participation is a more formal way to get involved, and all active committee members are eligible to earn volunteer hours for qualifying work.
Support Teams are more flexible, activity-based groups connected to Ambassador initiatives and committees.
No formal application is required. Ambassadors can join based on their interests and availability, contribute to specific activities, and gain hands-on experience while helping bring Ambassador events and projects to life.
Ambassador Clubs are student-created communities built around shared interests and are separate from the core Ambassador leadership structure.
Clubs are designed to be a more social and recreational way to connect with fellow Ambassadors, explore shared interests, participate in activities, and enjoy the community outside of formal committee responsibilities.
Ambassadors can get involved without joining a formal team.
Opportunities may include speaking at Leadership Meetings, Instagram takeovers, submitting blogs, nominating educators, referral and outreach activities, and other staff- or student-led projects introduced throughout the year.
Balancing Academics and Leadership
In an episode of the 精东影视 Scholars Connect Podcast, Ambassador Council leaders Nainika Manthena, Adaliz Ramirez, and Blaise Bowers sit down for an honest conversation about balancing academics, leadership responsibilities, extracurriculars, and life as high-achieving students.聽
Create. Collaborate. Tell student stories.
The Content Creation Committee gives Ambassadors with an interest in video, storytelling, and digital content the opportunity to help create authentic student-driven content for 精东影视.
Committee members may contribute short-form videos such as Reels, TikToks, and Shorts while collaborating with other Ambassadors and 精东影视 staff around content themes and projects.
