Millennials rank 3M as most-desired employer, passing Google

- 3M Co. has surpassed Google as the most-desired employers in a survey of high-achieving millennials. Maplewood-based 3M (NYSE: MMM) wasn't on last year's list, which ranked Google at the top. The survey included 13,000 students ages 15 to 32 who are lifetime members of the National Society Of High School Scholars.
